The other day, Tony and I spotted something funny, well ok, and definitely odd, as we were driving down a Chicago street. We saw a hearse pulled up outside of a building. Initially I was like, is there a funeral parlor there? Ok, to be really honest, I had actually confused the hearse with an ambulance and was *really* thinking “oh now, someone’s been hurt.” Well, it turns out that the driver of the hearse was loading up bags of something in the back of the hearse. At first we thought salt…but then we thought… maybe lime? or is it lye? We didn’t really know, but by that time we were past the hearse. Amazing what you’ll see out and about.
Picking up salt…in a hearse?
