I love Erma Bombeck! She is so funny. I think my mom introduced her to me at a young age. Erma wrote about the mundane, seemingly trivial things in life like carpool and clothes shopping in a humorous way. I’m currently listening to an audiobook of hers entitled All I Learned about Animal Behavior I Learned in Loehman’s Dressing Room. It is so funny! On the days I listen to this audiobook, my commute seems like a breeze. It is so sad that Erma died in 1996. When I heard that, I was very sad. Fortunately, however, she left behind a legacy of many books and columns that I’ll enjoy reading for quite some time. Thanks, Erma!
